Ça faisait longtemps, non ? En fait, pas tellement, si on place ces trois mois de retour dans le temps, comparé à :

- 1 an de voyage autour du monde
- 9 mois de grossesse
- une bonne soirée entre potes à rentrer les yeux rivés entre les deux lignes du milieu
- 3 heures de Roland-Garros à voir gagner Roger, yé !

Je pourrais continuer encore longtemps, mais voilà, faut pas croire qu’on est rentrés et qu’on se la coule douce depuis. Comme on a décidé de garder la plongée égoïstement pour nous, on s’est dit qu’on allait un peu s’embêter, alors nous avons fondé un autre monde : le 8e Continent. Evidemment tout le monde me demande, mais pourquouaaaaa 8e Continent ? et blablabla pour faire court, j’ai condensé les innombrables questions dans un petit tête-à-tête avec Albert, un pote à un amier

Albert: Pourquoi Continent ?
Moi: Parce que c’est une terre ferme, pas une île. On peut s’y reposer, s’implanter et regarder vers le large.
Albert: C’est poétique, ça se tient. Et le 8 ?
Moi: Ben tu en comptes combien de continents ?

Albert: Bof, je dirais 5 : l’Amérique, l’Afrique, l’Océanie, l’Eurasie et l’Antartique.
Moi: On voit bien que tu n’est pas Sudaméricain ou que tu n’as jamais fait de trekking au Pérou. Bon passons, pas de polémiques. Si tu l’étais, Sudaméricain, tu diviserais l’Amérique en deux, le Sud et le Nord.

Albert: Ok, ça ne fait que 6, et le 7e ?
Moi: L’Eurasie c’est bien deux continents, même si la terre continue de s’allonger. l’Europe et l’Asie, pour y avoir séjourné longtemps, je peux t’assurer qu’il y a peu de points en commun.

Albert: Et ce 8e, c’est quoi ?
Moi: Certains affirment que c’est l’Atlantide disparue, pour moi c’est un continent sur lequel j’aimerais vivre, rêver, penser différemment, agir à ma manière, parler aux gens plutôt qu’aux murs des entreprises pour leur proposer une autre manière de voir les choses et de communiquer.

Bon, le téléphone arabe j’y crois à fond (surtout après mon séjour en Egypte), alors à vos bouches, faites bouger vos babines et parlez-en autour de vous, la pub c’est bien, avec vous c’est encore mieux !

It has been a while . Well, not so, if you put those three months back in time, compared to:

- 1 year trip around the world
- 9 months of pregnancy
- A good evening with friends, going back home the eyes fixed between the two lines of the middle of the road
- 3 hours of Roland-Garros to see Roger win, yee!

I could go on and on, but beleive it or not, our three month since we are back haven’t been like vacation. As we decided to keep diving selfishly for us, we decided to built another world: the 8th Continent (in french 8e Continent). Obviously everyone asks me, but whyyyyyy 8th Continent? blablabla … well to make it short, I have condensed the many questions in a face-to-head with Albert, a friend of a friend …

Albert: Why Continent?
Me: Because it is a land, not an island. You can relax, and look into to make a nice place out of it.

Albert: It »s poetic, it makes sense. And 8?
Me: Well you how many continents do you count?

Albert: Well, I would say 5: America, Africa, Oceania, Eurasia and Antarctica.
Me: Obviously you are not South American or perhaps you have never done trekking in Peru. N offense at all. If you were, South American, you would divide America in two, South and North.

Albert: Okay, that makes only 6, and the 7th?
Me: Eurasia is two continents, although the land goes on. Europe and Asia, as I stayed there a long time, I can assure you that there are few things in common.

Albert: And the 8th, what is it?
Me: Some say that it is the Atlantis that disappeared, for me it is a continent on which I would like to live, dream, think differently, act my own way, talk to people rather than walls to offer another way of seeing things and communicating.

Well, I believe the Arabic téléphone (especially after working some time in Egypt) is working pretty well. So, make your lips move and talk about it around you, advertising is good, but with you it is even better!
